This scholarship is intended for youth in grades K-12 to support participation in extracurricular activities. We encourage you to answer honestly and let your personality shine through.

Please note: This form should be completed by the applicant, not a parent or guardian. If special circumstances apply (such as age or ability), please reach out via email for possible exceptions. This helps us better understand each child’s passion from their own perspective.

Scholarship awards start at $300 and may increase depending on each applicant’s level of need.
